Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

The typical rental is 8-10 hours. We will drop off in the morning before noon and pick up after 6:30 pm. We will also give you a precall the day before with a 1 hour delivery time window so that you don’t spend your morning wondering what time we will be there. If you need an early morning delivery just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate that.

All that we need you to do is provide a clear path to the area that we are setting up at. Please make sure that all sticks and dog waste are removed from that area. We will also need a working electrical outlet, and if you are using an inflatable with water you will need to supply a garden hose. We will supply the extension cord.

No, but we need to know at the time of booking if we are setting up on a hard surface. In that case we will bring sandbags to anchor the inflatable.

It is ultimately up to you if you choose to take delivery of your inflatable. If storms are only forecasted for a short period of time we will deliver, with the understanding that you are responsible for unplugging the inflatable before storms move in. After the storms pass you can re-inflate the inflatable so that the kids can continue playing. Most of the inflatables are designed to drain very well. If storms are forecasted for the entire day, there is a chance for high winds, or a National Weather Advisory has been issued, we do reserve the right to cancel the delivery for the day. We also ask that you let us know about the decision to cancel 24 hours before your delivery.
